Mail-In Repair, Start to Finish

Flat-rate iPhone and Nintendo Switch repair for the whole country — here's exactly how it works.

1. Pick your repair and pay the flat rate

Every repair on our pricing page is a single flat number that includes parts, labor, testing, and tracked return shipping. Pay online and two things happen instantly: your order appears in our repair tracker, and a confirmation email arrives with the shipping address and packing instructions. No quotes, no diagnostic fees, no surprises.

2. Pack it right (two minutes of care)

Snug box, padding on all sides, and your printed packing slip inside — the slip page builds one from your order number. iPhones: disable Find My first. Switches: remove the game card and microSD card, and keep the dock and cables at home. Devices with installed batteries ship normally through USPS — no special handling needed.

3. Ship it — Priority Mail is the sweet spot

Any carrier works, but USPS Priority Mail is what we recommend: 1–3 days to reach us, free boxes at any Post Office, and $100 of insurance included. From Washington DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia, Priority Mail typically reaches our King George bench in one day — and from North Carolina, New Jersey, Ohio, West Virginia, and most of the East Coast, in two. Add your tracking number in the repair tracker and we'll know your package is on the way.

4. Repaired within 48 hours of arrival

Most devices are repaired, fully tested, and shipped back within two business days of reaching the bench. If your model's part is out of stock, we contact you the same day it arrives with options — wait for the part, or take a full refund. Every status change lands in your inbox automatically, and the tracker shows where things stand any time.

5. Tracked return, 90-day warranty

Return shipping is on us — tracked and insured. Every repair carries a 90-day warranty on parts and labor, and if a device turns out to be unrepairable, the repair fee is fully refunded and your device ships home free. The most you can ever lose is the postage to reach us. Full details are in our written policies.

Common questions

Is it safe to mail a device with a lithium battery?

Yes — consumer devices with installed batteries are fully mailable through USPS, including Priority Mail. Pack the device snugly so it can't shift and you're within the rules.

How long does the whole round trip take?

Typically 4–7 days door to door: 1–3 days shipping to us, repair within 48 hours of arrival, and 1–3 days back. East Coast customers are usually at the fast end of that range.

How do I know my device is safe with you?

Isaac's Electronics LLC is a registered Virginia business with years of public feedback on eBay under the same name. Every order is tracked at each stage, you're emailed at every status change, and our refund policy is in writing.

Do you repair devices from anywhere in the US?

Yes — mail-in repair works from all 50 states. Distance only changes shipping time by a day or two; the repair itself is 48 hours regardless of where you're shipping from.
