Turnaround
Most repairs are completed, tested, and shipped back within 48 hours (two business days) of your device arriving. If your model's part is out of stock, we contact you the same day your device arrives with the expected timeline — you can wait for the part or take a full refund and have your device shipped back at no cost.
Warranty
Every repair carries a 90-day warranty on the parts we installed and our labor, starting the day your device ships back. The warranty does not cover new physical damage, liquid damage, or issues unrelated to the repair performed. Warranty claims ship both ways on us.
Unfixable devices
If your device can't be repaired, we refund the full repair fee and ship your device back to you with tracking at no cost. The most you can ever lose is the postage to reach us.
Your data
Most hardware repairs don't require your passcode, and we never access personal data beyond what's needed to test the repair. Please back up your device before shipping — as with any repair anywhere, we can't be responsible for data loss, so a current backup is your safety net.
Shipping & insurance
Ship to us with any carrier you like — we recommend USPS Priority Mail, which arrives in 1–3 days, includes $100 of insurance, and comes with free boxes at any Post Office. Pack your device snugly in padding with your packing slip inside. The trip back is on us: tracked, insured to $100, and shipped promptly once your repair is tested. Beyond carrier coverage, Isaac's Electronics LLC is a fully insured business carrying $2 million in general liability coverage.
Unclaimed devices
If we can't reach you for 60 days after your repair is complete or a refund is issued — after multiple attempts by email and phone — the device is considered abandoned. We'll always exhaust every contact option first.
