Welcome to Isaac’s Electronics LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website (isaacselectronics.com or any affiliated site), purchasing products, or submitting devices for repair, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services Isaac’s Electronics LLC buys, professionally repairs, refurbishes, and resells high-quality used consumer electronics, including smartphones, laptops, tablets, gaming consoles, and accessories. We also provide mail-in repair services for customer-owned devices.

All products sold are refurbished unless explicitly stated as new. They are tested, cleaned, and come with a 30-day limited warranty unless otherwise noted.

2. Orders & Payment

• All prices are in USD.
• We accept payment via Shopify Payments (credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.).
• We are registered to collect Virginia Sales and Use Tax under Virginia Account Number 10-413841347F-001. Applicable sales tax will be charged based on the shipping address and will be displayed at checkout.
• We may collect sales tax in other states as required by law.
• Orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors or suspected fraud.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship within the continental United States using USPS or similar carriers.
• Shipping times are estimates only.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
• For repair services, you are responsible for shipping your device to us. We return repaired devices at our expense (standard shipping).

4. Returns & Refunds We offer a 14-day return policy on all refurbished products:

• Items must be returned in the exact same condition received (unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and protective films intact).
• No restocking fees apply.
• To initiate a return, contact us at info@isaacselectronics.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 14 days of delivery.
• Ship the item back to us at your expense using trackable shipping.
• Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• Custom repairs, opened consumables, and clearance items are final sale and non-returnable.

5. Repair Services

• Repair quotes are estimates only.
• We are not responsible for data loss during repairs. Back up your data before sending.
• Repairs carry a 30-day warranty on parts and labor unless stated otherwise.
• If we cannot repair your device, we will return it at no charge (or refund shipping if prepaid).

6. Warranties & Disclaimers

• All refurbished products come with a 30-day limited warranty covering defects in workmanship and materials.
• Warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, liquid damage, or unauthorized repairs.
• EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED, ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

7. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Isaac’s Electronics LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant product or service.

8. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of King George County, Virginia.

9. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
