Isaac’s Electronics LLC is committed to delivering your order quickly and reliably. Below are the details of our shipping practices.

Order Processing & Shipping Time We process and ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt (Monday through Friday), weather permitting. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Methods We select the most effective and cost-efficient carrier based on your location, package size, weight, and any delivery preferences you select at checkout. Common carriers include:

USPS (Priority Mail, First Class, Ground Advantage)
UPS
FedEx

You may choose expedited options (e.g., 1–2 day shipping) at checkout if available for your order. All shipping rates are calculated and displayed during checkout.

Shipping Areas We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for certain carriers or oversized items—please contact us if this applies to your order.

Shipping Costs Shipping rates are based on weight, dimensions, destination, and selected service. Rates are calculated automatically at checkout. Free shipping may apply to qualifying orders (promotions will be clearly noted).

Risk of Loss Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier after shipment.

Tracking & Delivery Issues Track your order using the provided tracking number. If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged, contact us at info@isaacselectronics.com with your order number and tracking details. We will assist with carrier claims when applicable.

International Shipping We do not currently offer international shipping. This policy may change in the future—check back or contact us for updates.

Weather & Force Majeure Shipping may be delayed due to severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, or other events beyond our control. We will notify you of significant delays when possible.
