Return & Refund Policy

At Isaac’s Electronics LLC, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. We offer a 14-day return window on all refurbished electronics and accessories.

Eligibility You may return an item within 14 days of delivery if it is in the exact same condition as when it was shipped — including:

Original packaging and all included accessories
Unused and unopened (if applicable)
No signs of wear, damage, or use
All original tags and protective films intact

No restocking fees will be charged on eligible returns.

How to Return an Item

Contact us first at info@isaacselectronics.com or through our website contact form to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Include the RMA number with your shipment.
Ship the item back to us at your expense using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product).

Exceptions

Custom or personalized repairs are final sale and non-returnable.
Opened software, consumables, and clearance items are non-returnable.
Returns without an RMA number or items not in original condition may be rejected or subject to a partial refund.

We inspect all returned items carefully. If an item does not meet our return conditions, we will notify you and may offer a partial refund or reject the return.
